We are in a heavy heart that the fiscal year 2021-2022 ended existing the natural volume of works and marks the existence of an ear in the development process of the country. During the session that starts July, 2021 and ends June, 2022 was the time when we tried our best to reduce the sufferings of the poverty stricken people regardless of caste, creed, gender or political opinion, as maximum as possible with our program interventions.

We have concentrated more on micro credit program. This is because we have tried to do a better life of the poor people. This program had a far reaching impact on the poverty reduction. As a result it was notified that all sorts of activities were done smoothly contributing to the provision of employment opportunities for the young generation in the local as well as national economy.

I was very much pleased to that our efforts were to utilize for the fund created from PKSF in the process of micro credit program and commence the micro enterprise program. Moreover, we receive support and cooperation from non- govt. organizations and donors as such-NGO forum, PKSF, CIDA Bangladesh NGO Foundation and Andheri-Hilfe Germany. It was our sincerity that our management committee was hurry up to make time effective in contributing to the promotion of the organization. We cordially thank to our respectable donors and well-wishers.

I do express the whole gratitude of mine to the all sorts of colleague and staffs who have sacrificed their labor and time attempting to make this report more effective by dint of supplying information, data and some other important components. I also thank them for their endeavor.

We have shared comments, information and some other review in case of the organizational promotion which can have a far reaching goal. We have continued to correspond letters and message for the information share as if we can overcome barricades and change policies for the organization.

In fine we would like to make a fervent appeal to the well- to- do section of the society for cooperating the KPUS and enabling the program effective more both financially and technically so that it may overcome the pressure of the micro credit program during the financial year 2021-2022.

Look forward to a brighter economy and a better Bangladesh to enhance as early as possible.
